📦 Pokobai Return & Replacement Policy

At Pokobai, we care about your satisfaction while ensuring product safety and quality. Below are our return and replacement terms to keep things clear and hassle-free.

✅ Return & Replacement Eligibility

  • You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • The package must remain sealed and unopened. Opened or unsealed products will not be accepted.
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including box, tags, and accessories).
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product with opened or broken packaging.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earbuds, wearables).
  • Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective).

⚡ Defective or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must remain sealed for the claim to be valid.

🔄 How to Request a Return

💰 Refund Process
