At Pokobai, we care about your satisfaction while ensuring product safety and quality. Below are our return and replacement terms to keep things clear and hassle-free.
✅ Return & Replacement Eligibility
- You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your product.
- The package must remain sealed and unopened. Opened or unsealed products will not be accepted.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including box, tags, and accessories).
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Any product with opened or broken packaging.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earbuds, wearables).
- Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective).
⚡ Defective or Wrong Product
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must remain sealed for the claim to be valid.
